An answer for your staff, with the source it came from
Answers staff questions on policy, pricing and procedure from your internal documentation.
What it does
Staff handbooks, price lists, standard operating procedures, supplier terms and internal circulars are indexed and made searchable in plain language. A member of staff asks a question in Arabic or English and receives an answer that cites the source document and section, so that the answer can be verified against the original. Access follows your own permission structure: a branch employee and a finance manager are shown different material. You receive a monthly report of the topics most frequently asked, which indicates where documentation or training requires attention.
How it works, step by step
This is the real workflow with its rules and its limits — including the moment the agent stops and hands the case to a person.

- Step 2Checks the asker's permission before showing any material
- ChecksDoes this employee's role allow access to this material?
- PermittedAnswers and cites the document and section so it can be verified
- Out of scopeThe material is not shown, and the question routes to the authorised owner
- RecordedA monthly report of the most-asked topics shows where documentation or training is needed

What is included
The guardrails it runs under
Four principles govern what we build and what we decline, and they apply to every agent without exception.
Included in every engagement
- Defined permissions, escalation to a named owner, and reporting
- Delivery as a scoped pilot, an operations retainer, or a build-and-handover project
- Operation across WhatsApp, web chat, voice, email, and your CRM and calendar
Identify the process that carries the highest cost
We will demonstrate how a Falaq agent would carry it out, beginning with a scoped engagement and measures agreed in advance.
